As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful experience during their stay. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

·         1 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front desk role

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Strong customer service orientation

·         Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

·         Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office software

·         Good organizational and multitasking skills

·         Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken

·         Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

·         Ability to work in a team and independently

·         Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor

·         Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process

·         Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

·         Listen to and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

·         Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction

·         Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding hotel services, promotions, and events

·         Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or functions

·         Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

·         Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly

·         Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
