Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming guests and giving a warm farewell to guests while checkout
2. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
3. Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
4. Working on detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements
5. Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities, etc.
6. Maintaining up-to date information on therapy pricing, current promotions, offers, and packages
7. Coordinating with housekeeping for clearing of rooms
8. Adhering to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards
9. Collecting guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes
10. Performing basic cashier activities as and when required
Skill(s) required
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 29th Apr'22 and 3rd Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Aligarh, Delhi, Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Baddi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
