Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain daily reports on sign-ups, follow-ups, and bookings
2. Send booking-related emails to Guests who registered/reached out to Yuyiii
3. Liaise with properties to check for availability, blocking, or confirming rooms
4. Help in calculations for bookings and sending payment links
5. Maintain healthy relationships with sales reps of properties
6. Ensure smooth check-in at the property for the guests booked from Yuyiii
7. Collate feedback from guests who have stayed at the property
8. Help marketing information with what are the positives and negatives that users point out in their conversations
9. Call registered travelers and handle the entire guest booking lifecycle; your tone should be professional yet empathetic for travelers
10. Maintain MIS, such as call notes, bookings data, and leads data, as per the format-to-day responsibilities including
