Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to incoming calls and walk-in/call inquiries of the guests
2. Making outcalls and following up with non-members and members
3. Managing daily sales report on sales and expenditure
4. Keeping a record of incoming and outgoing couriers
5. Taking care of all the correspondence
6. Attending queries and escalating them to the concerned department
7. Checking daily mails, purchase entry, and sale of medicines in registers
8. Working on customer handling & discrepancy resolution
