Position: Officer (CSR) - On Contract
Qualification: Master of Social Work (M.S.W)/ Master of Busi. Admin (MBA) Rural Management/ Master in Social Science (MSS)
Experience:
- The candidate should have at least 2 years work experience in development sector. He/ She should be able to assist in designing, proposing, monitoring all CSR projects and formulate strategy for CSR projects along with preparation of the budget, co-ordinate the Board meetings with the various stakeholders including the Board members of the Society. The incumbent is expected to develop rapport and liaise with government and local agencies/authorities for various permissions, need assessment, grants and implementation of projects.
- S(He) will ensure smooth implementation of all projects through field visits and regular review meetings, will ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation and documentation of the projects. The incumbent should have hunger to develop expertise to conduct thorough due diligence of the project proposals received. (S)He may ensure appropriate fund flow and timely release of funds.
- The candidate should have Fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi both verbal and written communication,
- good organizational skills and ability to do multi-tasking. He/ She will have to maintain data, records, photographs, reports and other required documents/information for CSR Projects/ Activities and support in general for projects administration, accounting and financial management and any other assignment given from time to time by GACL Education Society.
