About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, test, and implement data solutions based on functional/non-functional business requirements
2. Code in Scala and PySpark daily on Cloud as well as on-prem infrastructure
3. Build data models to store the data in a most optimized manner
4. Identify, design, and implement process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
5. Implement the ETL process and optimal data pipeline architecture
6. Monitor performance and advise any necessary infrastructure changes
7. Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
8. Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems
9. Proactively identify potential production issues and recommend and implement solutions
10. Write quality code and build secure, highly available systems
11. Create design documents that describe the functionality, capacity, architecture, and process
12. Review peer-codes and pipelines before deploying to production for optimization issues and code standards
