Key Responsibilities
1. Hair Cutting and Styling

Provide professional haircuts for men, women, and children of all ages.

Offer a variety of hair styling services including blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos for special occasions.

Stay updated on current trends and offer style suggestions tailored to individual clients.
2. Hair Coloring and Treatments

Apply hair color, highlights, lowlights, root touch-ups, and other coloring services as requested.

Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin, and smoothing treatments.

Conduct hair assessments before chemical services to ensure safety and compatibility.
3. Client Consultation

Greet clients warmly and consult with them to understand their styling preferences and hair care goals.

Recommend suitable cuts, colors, and products based on client hair type and lifestyle.

Educate clients on proper hair maintenance and suggest retail products if available.
4. Hygiene and Safety

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, sanitize tools regularly according to hygiene protocols.

Follow all health and safety regulations including proper use of protective gear and chemical handling.

Ensure towels, aprons, and combs are clean and replaced regularly.
5. Customer Service

Deliver a welcoming and family-friendly experience to each client.

Manage appointment schedules, walk-in clients, and waiting lists efficiently.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
6. Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with other stylists, assistants, and front-desk staff to ensure smooth salon operations.

Support other team members during busy times, especially with children or elderly clients who may need extra care.

Participate in team meetings, salon events, or promotional activities as required.
7. Inventory and Product Use

Use salon-approved products for all hair services.

Inform the manager of low stock levels or equipment issues.
