Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Call Management & Escalation
IT User Support on Phone, Email & Tool
Call Logging
Ensuring calls are responded to/resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
SLA Reporting as per defined frequency
Ensuring proper drafting and understanding of user responses
Vendor Coordination on Hardware breakdown calls
Routing calls to the appropriate support team (NOC/SOC or DC vendor)
Providing IT and activity support for calls related to DC infrastructure and assets
Infra Support Operation for Managed Services
Reviewing tickets to meet the SLA
Handover of pending tasks to the next team member
Coordination with respective domain teams to resolve tickets within SLA
