We are looking for Hardware Engineer with 1-3 years of Experience with Good Communication Skills.

Carry out operational and support activity of Desktops, Laptops and MFP Network printers support and trouble shootings, configuration management. |
|
Handling end users issue of MS products and desktops applications supports & solution |
|
Supporting and handing of AutoCAD products & vendor escalations |
|
Planning and managing of Senior Managements requirements and capable to negotiate their needs. Project co ordinations. |
|
Capable to work independently with multiple teams and coordination to close the issues / requirements with in the client SLA. |
