• Handle the inbound and outbound calls of the customer’s complaints.
  
• Register the customer compliant ID number and escalated to particular area engineers
  
• Every day check the web form mail complaints and snapshot mails
  
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  
• Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on clients specifications.
  
• Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.
  
• Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.
