Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure WiFi routers, access points, switches, and related networking equipment.
Perform site surveys to determine optimal placement of wireless devices.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network performance issues.
Configure wireless security settings (WPA2/WPA3, passwords, guest networks).
Test network speed, signal strength, and coverage.
Perform cable routing, LAN termination, and basic networking tasks.
Maintain and update network devices with the latest firmware.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve connectivity issues.
Document installation reports and service activities.
Provide technical support and educate customers on basic WiFi usage.
