Support VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic server activities
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment & AMC support
• Configuration of Outlook.
• Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops,
laptops, printers.
• Installation of Operating Systems Win XP, win 7, win 8,win 10.
• Troubleshooting & maintenance of PCs. & Laptops.
• Installation of application software.
• Installation of device drivers & hardware components.
• Concept of Network Technology
• Thunderbird, Outlook Mailing client configuration Knowledge.
• OS Installation Knowledge - Windows 7/8/10.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP , group policy, server, office365.
• Desktop & Laptop Hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Vendor Coordination for hardware failure.
• Installation of Standalone & Network Printer & Scanner.
• Wi-Fi configuration knowledge.
• Basic knowledge on iPad, iPhone & MAC book and mail configuration on them
Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network issues
