Job Description
- Installation of OS.
- Adding new work-group machines into company domain.
- Technical experience on Laptop and Desktop support
- Troubleshoot performance issues experienced by users due to hardware, software,network-latency etc.
- Manage user data that resides on file & print, server and Network devices.
- Experience on hardware, OS, MS outlook troubleshooting, installation, configuration, health checkup
- Knowledge of Installation and troubleshooting Network Printers, scanners, Antivirus and VPN clients
- Knowledge of Domain, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, TCP/IP/POP3/IMAP
- Knowledge of server hardware management
- Installation and configuration of antivirus management
- Perform software installation - Patch Management responsible for coordination of implementation activities.
- Knowledge of connectivity device Router, firewall, Switches, Wi-Fi access point, Physical Connectivity, VPN
