Responsibilities and Duties are as follow:
- Install/ configure/ troubleshoot/ Support various desktop/ Laptop & IT Peripherals.
- LAN, Server, Firewall, Hardware, Software, Networking Establishment.
- Provide support for different operating system and standard automation software’s.
- Diagnosing/ Rectifying virus attacks by using various Anti-Virus Software tools.
- Can handled networking with IP address/ Router/ Switch/ WAN links.
- IT Assets/ Peripherals movement from customer to company branch
