Job Description
Designation:Field Service Engineer
Job Profile:- Should be able to take atleast 4 to 5 Calls per day .Must be able visit at client home /Office to rectify the PC Problems.
- Troubleshoot the Problems at the Core. Need to know Installation of all Windows , MS office, & Antivirus.
- Troubleshoot small problems like LAN issues, Laptop Power Issues, Screen Replacements.
- Conveyance & Mobile Allowance will be paid by the Company.
- Candidates should be interested to grow in the field of Hardware & Networking Industry. Must be having knowledge of Servers as well.
- Since you will have to travel so its better to have vehicle, kindly mention if don't have one.
