Job Description
- Responsible for repair of laptops and mobiles as per the customer requirement.
- To attend and handle customer complaints with quick solution.
- Responsible for payment collection of repair and spare parts service.
- To attend retail customer in absence of retail staff.
- Responsible to manage cash received from customers.
- Responsible to purchase and maintain computer spare parts and accessories.
- Responsible to make sale invoices in absence of responsible person.
- To maintain and record day book entries.
- Responsible for repair service (outsourced).
