Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) is Mandatory
0 to 1 year of experience in any Voice or Non Voice or healthcare domain also can Attend Interview.
Willingness to work in US Shift (Night shits)
Willing to learn New Concepts
Good Team Player

Job Description:

To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved)
Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.
Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the insurance representative or customers.
Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures.
