- 1 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Voice Process is most Relevant
- Any International Voice Process Experience are also Suitable
- Any UG/PG Graduation is mandatory.
- Arrears accepted with 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) is Mandatory
- 0 to 1 year of experience in any Voice or Non Voice or healthcare domain also can Attend Interview.
- Willingness to work in US Shift (Night shits)
- Willing to learn New Concepts
- Good Team Player

Job Description:
- To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved)
- Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.
- Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the insurance representative or customers.
- Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures.
