- 0 to 5 years of experience in any Voice Process or healthcare domain.
- 2018/2019 Freshers are most welcome (Any Graduates can apply / No backlogs in UG)
- Arrears accepted with 3 years of experience.
- Willingness to work in Night shits.

Job Description:
1)-To make out bound calls to US following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved)
2)-Make / Receive calls from US customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.
3)-Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the US insurance representative or customers.
4)-Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures.
