About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn and understand Jira management & resolve level 1 issues with support from your lead
2. Build knowledge of technology solutions and documents so others may benefit
3. Complete all required assessments for the teams you are supporting, both on time and with a 70% or above pass if appropriate
4. Understand the company purpose and focus for the year, including OKRs (objectives and key results) with the help of your lead
5. Contribute to the growth of LJM by living our purpose and helping us define our identity as we grow through positive contributions to change
