Organization: Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd
Job Description:
- Plan and Implement Improvement projects and other initiatives as identified in business excellence framework in all business processes across AMC and supporting in achieving significant impact on the business performance.
- Identify areas of improvement through small projects impacting customer satisfaction productivity improvement savings revenue through a structured deployment process using concepts including Lean Six Sigma etc
- To identity strategic projects and business performance improvement projects across various functions including Sales Channel management and Post sales processes
- To drive strategic and transformation projects initiatives leading to enhanced business performance aligned with the Business Strategy-Manage the Lean Six Sigma deployment for driving transformation projects within the Business verticals
- Work with the Business teams to build robust processes leading to enhanced delivery to customers partners and employees
- Implement Process standardization and process automation to improve throughput and efficiency
Qualifications: MBA/PGDM
