Head of CNP Vendor Operations
Locations: Hyderabad/Gurugram
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in management consulting, organizational design, corporate strategy, or project management. Experience in vendor management processes, managing global vendors and executing outsourcing projects.
- Experience in outsourcing/scale environments. Experience implementing strategic initiatives.
- Experience with the output of contact field operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience in applying project management tools.
- Track record of successfully achieving key goals and tracking metrics.
- Ability to work well in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to fluently interpret large data, present it in a meaningful and simple manner, and drive data based decision making.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical , and communication skills. Excellent executive present.
Responsibilities:
- Define, launch, and drive a program to sustainably scale continuous improvement processes of our operations through our vendor partners.
- Drive large transformational initiatives along with our business partners to ensure we provide optimal experiences for the users though a streamlined operational landscape and self-optimizing verdor services.
- Set up of new operations as needed.
