Job Description
Pristyn Care is looking for a government affairs/public policy professional (based in NCR) to join its leadership team. The candidate will report directly to the Founders & leadership team and will have the responsibility of crafting and executing the public policy strategy for the company.ROLE DESCRIPTION- Develop and manage relationships with government officials, regulators like IRDA, industry bodies, consultants, think-tanks- Map the regulatory landscape for healthcare start-ups, the healthcare industry, the tech sector- Work closely with business leaders to identify collaboration opportunities with governmentWork closely with IMA, state medical associations, city-level medial bodies- Ensure compliance of laws and regulations, regulatory risk mitigation Draft communication with government, and plan events with government bodies, industry bodies- Represent Pristyn Care all at government engagements and meetings- Develop a cross-functional strategy with other functions including PR, Marketing, LegalREQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE- Bachelor/Graduate degree / Post Graduate with proven experience in public policy and or law (preferred)- Experience working in public policy or government affairs or healthcare sector (7+ yrs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Deep understanding of India's tech policy landscape Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven- Pristyn Care is a Series-B Sequoia funded
