Mange the company investment and investors fund inflow and fund outflow through business deals and also manage the surplus funds effectively for the company
Understanding the Risk Management Process in all aspects of invoice financing process and implementing an effective control process in monitoring the Value at Risk
Implementing and monitoring effective Credit Risk Management in conjunction with the
management to effectively control credit exposure to Domestic Exporter, Traders, Suppliers and buyers
Reviewing contracts and deal recap to ensure that payment terms from clients and suppliers are within the framework of available facilities and credit policies of the company
Liaising with Banks to provide documentations and clarifications required to ensure compliance with their requirements and continuity of credit lines.
Arranging Debt and Equity Financing, Preparing Capex and Opex Analysis and working with banks for project financing as and when required
Oversee and manage the centralized Trade finance team and control the disbursal of credit on time to avoid delays and costs.
Developing and managing financial systems/models, business modelling and risk assessment.
Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
To follow internal CREDIT policies and procedures to ensure that the financial requirements of the group are met
Should have excellent understanding of best-in-class trade finance practices and relevant regulations and Trading Operations.
Must have a proficient accounting knowledge and reporting skills as required by regulations
