Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the Montessori/Primary school program
- Ensures that appropriate curriculum is available and implemented
- Ensures that appropriate primary school climate is maintained
- Supervises the upkeep and maintenance on all School building & equipment
- Develops and monitors school budget for approval and acceptance by
the Management Board
- Seeks/recommends potential revenue sources/grants for additional revenue
- Recruits trained teaching staff
- Supervises and evaluates staff
- Develops staff schedules
- Works with staff to plan and oversee staff training
- Ensures the implementation of all Management Board policies
- Supervises school activity programs
- Serves as main contact to the parent advisory group
- Leads the marketing activities and ensure maximum admissions.
