Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Job Description:
• Receiving calls and answering them as per defined process.
• Making Outgoing Calls for awareness of new skims and updates.
• Assisting beneficiary regarding their health-related queries
• Escalation to the next level team.
• Change skims to schemes
Desired Skills- Good Domain Knowledge. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi
Candidate must be flexible for working in shifts. Mandatory night shift 3-4 days/month
Immediate joining required.
