Objective - To maintain continuum of care after health checks and leverage Apollo Ecosystem by engaging the AHC guests on a long term basis by a certified Health care professional.

Basis findings of the health check undertaken by AHC guest, reaching out to guests and provide relevant health tips periodically, weekly telephone calls for taking stock of his/her health, any specific needs, medicines and diet compliance etc., setting goals in alignment with medical advice, assessing and counseling every month on certain parameters such as weight, sugar and BP levels and repeat tests, reminders on follow up consultations, repeat tests based on the guest’s physician and facilitating a quarterly interaction with AHC Physician either in person or over the phone, if required, and to provide medical advise outside the working hours and emergencies .
