Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a minimum of 2+ years working on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Solid understanding of the Salesforce Health Cloud data model and end-to-end healthcare workflows
Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data migration
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7
Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Health Cloud Accredited Professional are preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Cloud components like OmniStudio and DataRaptor is a plus
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, Copado, and Flosum
About the Role
As part of BCCI’s Health Cloud delivery team, you will design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions supporting healthcare workflows and patient engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant healthcare solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build Health Cloud solutions (Care Plans, Patient Profiles, Provider Networks)
Integrate with healthcare systems (EHR, FHIR, HL7) using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards
Collaborate with BA, Architects, and QA in Agile delivery
Manage deployments via CI/CD and provide post-go-live support
Drive innovation and best practices to improve patient engagement
