- Negotiate rate
- Collect and verify needed documents for onboarding process
- Correct resume format if needed before submission.
- Register/Submit Candidate in VMS/MSP
Skills/Exp:
- Hands on experience of recruiting on W2.
- Experience with Job Boards like indeed, zip recruiter
- Best utilization of Internet, Social Media, FB/Linkedin groups
