Job Description
.Operate and monitor FFS machines for automated packaging. Run and maintain palletizing machines for accurate stacking. Oversee belt conveyors to ensure smooth product flow.
.Maintain and repair all rolling equipment Connect and disconnect vessel pipelines Ensure efficient maintenance flow: preventive, predictive, and corrective (SALARY UPTO 2800 QAR + 500 QAR FOOD ALLOWANCE + OVERTIME).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
-
Inspect and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems in heavy equipment and rolling machinery.

Use diagnostic tools (manual and computer-based) to identify faults or performance issues.

Determine the root cause of equipment failure and provide clear, cost-effective solutions.
2. Repair and Maintenance:
-
Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of heavy equipment including engines, transmissions, drive trains, suspensions, braking systems, and electrical systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, lubrication, and inspections to extend equipment life.

Replace or repair faulty parts, such as bearings, hoses, cylinders, pumps, belts, or wiring.
-
Weld or fabricate minor components when necessary.
3. Equipment Testing and Inspection:
-
Conduct post-repair operational tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
-
Perform routine equipment checks and inspections based on manufacturer guidelines or internal schedules.
-
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards for all repairs and maintenance work.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and repair logs in both digital and physical formats.

Report on equipment condition, repair needs, and parts usage to the Maintenance Supervisor or Fleet Manager.

Assist in preparing equipment reports for audit, insurance, or fleet monitoring purposes.
5. Safety and Compliance:
-
Follow all company safety procedures, protocols, and industry best practices while working on equipment.

Adhere to OSHA, MSHA, or other local safety regulations applicable to heavy equipment maintenance.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently and ensure safe handling of tools, chemicals, and machinery.
6. Inventory and Tool Management:

Monitor and manage spare parts, lubricants, and consumables inventory.

Ensure that tools and equipment are well-maintained and calibrated for accurate usage.

Assist in procurement planning by reporting part shortages or tool requirements.
7. Field Service Operations (if applicable):
-
Respond to breakdowns or service calls at job sites and conduct on-the-spot repairs.

Operate company service vehicles and travel to remote or off-road locations when required.

Maintain communication with base workshop for updates and logistics.
