Job Description
- Attending the customer calls and queries, logging the calls, assigning the calls to the respective support engineer
- Monitor e-mail and related information for support queries, track all problems until they get resolved.
- Handle Help Desk ticketing system through CA Helpdesk
- Co-ordinate with Technical and Business teams.
- Ability to understand the client query and communicate the same to the engineers.
- Coordinate and maintain a tracker sheet of request/activities of the Help Desk,
- Efficient in Email and verbal communication in English
- Preparing daily, monthly call reports
- Overall in charge for all kind of Helpdesk functionality
- ITIL knowledge will be an added advantage
- Communication in English and Hindi
