Provided team support and client communication to the assigned international clients
Dealing with all client correspondence
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Maintaining client database including additions, deletions and changes as needed,
Preparing checklist of information, related to specific international client
Reviewing and checking client emails and timely response/reply.
Preparation and submission of weekly status reports to clients
Filling of electronic documents,
Effectively manage client concerns and complaints when they arise.
Client Information Management: Effectively manage client information in paper and electronic form as appropriate
Monitors the functional email box to maximize the client information and communication effectiveness.
