Job Description
- Respond to queries via Phone, Email and or other Channels as prescribed
- Manage and resolve Customer Escalations
- Follow-up until closure of open queries and escalations
- Transfer calls to touch points, as defined
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent Communication in English, is a must.Excellent interpersonal skills to handle niche and high end customers queries and requests.Good knowledge on customer service practices and principles preferred.Experience in Front Office Tele-support / Escalation Desk shall have an edge over other applicants.
