Job Description-
- Should have good communication skills (Hindi and English),
- Open for 24X7 shifts
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in call center, IT Helpdesk or BPO.
- Should be a graduate in any discipline (Correspondence graduate candidate also apply)
Role
- Agents would be the primary point of contact for all user interactions and would be responsible for quality service to the users.
- Agent functions include, but not limited to, handling user contact via Telephone, email service the request (both informational and transactional), update the database, escalate calls to the department, etc.
SOW
- Call center(L1Helpdesk)
- Log user calls and give them trouble tickets
- Classify the Call as per the severity
- Assign severity level to each call
- Track each call to resolution
- Coordinate with 3rd party application teams
- Generate call reports through the helpdesk tool
- Analyse call statistics
- Give technical support on Application Interface & other queries based on FAQ's
Resource Skill
- Minimum qualification is graduation in any discipline
- Should have good communication skills and Should be able to speak, read and write in English/Hindi
- Should be able to communicate confidently and politely with users
- Experience of at least one year in a call centre
