Job Description

Skills Required
- Effective verbal and written English communication.
- End user calls handling capabilities and calls registration through ticketing systems.
- Helpdesk ticketing system management, ensure every ticket is being answered in a timely manner as per SLA.
- Daily Call report with every ticket status and open ticket aging.
- Weekly tickets summary based on various parameters.
- Monthly IT dashboard
- Day end call status sharing with Team Lead and System Admin.
- Follow-up of the previous day open tickets with support engineers. Any delay to be escalated to seniors.
- Call log with OEM of different products and follow up till it close .
- Managing attendance sheet for the FMS team in Gurgaon and Mumbai
