Call log in and providing reference no to End users & maintaining a compliant tracker. |

Call assigning to Engg /vendors & driving till call closer. |

collecting call Closer reports & feedback forms from the Enggs and End users. |
|
For warranty cases back to back OEM call log in & follow ups till closer. |
|
Monitoring,followup & Filling of required documents as per SLA & project deliverables. company credentials should be taken care at all times, Owner ship & proactive approach should be in place to get positive result. Salary : 12000/- to 15000/- Language : Telugu, English |
