Handling EMS Ticketing Tool Assigning calls to the engineers Closing the calls before escalating with coordinating to engineers and customers Keeping track of calls in excel sheet Keeping records of new products in excel Keeping records of complaint launched to the vendor regarding products and take follow up accordingly and keeping the call on hold pending Keeping records of missing products and informed to higher level people Making weekly reports from the tool and sent to the higher authority Making daily reports from the tool and informed accordingly And gives report end of the calls logged closed and pending.
