- We are looking HelpDesk Executive for Govt Project through on of our client
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls from Citizens
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the guidelines given by Govt
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
