Job Description
Install broadband internet connections at customer locations.
Lay and route fiber optic (OFC) or Ethernet cables safely.
Install and configure Wi-Fi routers and ONT/modem devices.
Test internet speed and ensure stable network connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or connectivity issues.
Perform cable termination, splicing, and connector fitting (where applicable).
Educate customers on basic router usage and Wi-Fi settings.
Record installation details and update work status in the mobile app.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain installation quality standards.
Coordinate with the technical support team for complex network issues and ensure timely service completion.
