Job Description

LOADING & UNLOADING AND ALL THE HELPER RESPONSIBILITY .CLEANING & OTHER WORK ALSO DONE BY THE PERSON AND ALSO NEED TO GO WITH VECHILE LOADING UNLOADING AT CLIENT PLACE , AND OTHER WORK ALSO BE DONE

9HOURS DUTY 9AM TO 7PM

MANDATORY THERE IS NO LEAVE BEFORE 3 MONTHS AFTER THAT GAVE PAID LEAVE SUNDAY IS OFF BUT IN EMERGENCY YOU HAVE TO COME FACTORY.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loading and Unloading

Assist in loading goods onto trucks, vans, or other vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
Ensure that goods are secured properly for transport to prevent damage during transit.
Unload goods at the destination and ensure they are handled with care and in accordance with company standards.
Assist with the arrangement and sorting of products once unloaded, making sure they are placed in the correct locations.

2. Cleaning Duties

Keep work areas clean and organized by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and ensuring the environment is tidy.
Clean vehicles used for transporting goods, ensuring that they are in good condition and free from debris.
Maintain cleanliness in storage areas, ensuring that products are not exposed to dirt or damage.
Perform general cleaning tasks at client locations when required, such as clearing workspaces or cleaning up after deliveries.

3. Travel to Client Locations

Travel with the vehicle and assist in loading/unloading items at client sites as required.
Ensure that deliveries or pickups are conducted efficiently and according to the scheduled time.
Assist with product assembly or installation at client locations if necessary.
Provide basic assistance to clients by handling goods or materials according to their needs at delivery sites.

4. Product Handling and Care

Assist in organizing products by size, weight, and type to ensure an efficient loading/unloading process.
Ensure that products are not damaged during handling, transport, or unloading.
Follow all safety protocols when lifting heavy or large items, using appropriate equipment such as dollies or forklifts, when available.

5. Assist with Inventory and Documentation

Help with inventory checks when loading/unloading goods and report any discrepancies to the supervisor or warehouse manager.
Ensure that deliveries and collections are documented properly, including completing necessary paperwork or log entries.

6. Safety and Compliance

Adhere to safety regulations while loading, unloading, and transporting goods to minimize accidents or injuries.
Use proper lifting techniques or mechanical aids (like forklifts or pallet jacks) to reduce the risk of injury.
Follow company guidelines and policies regarding the handling of hazardous or fragile materials.

7. Miscellaneous Tasks

Assist other team members or departments with additional tasks as needed, including packaging, sorting, or assembling items.
Assist in maintenance tasks within the warehouse or other areas of the business, including cleaning or basic upkeep tasks.
