Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

Ensure office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Handle daily cleaning of desks, furniture, and office equipment.

Dispose of waste bins and maintain hygiene standards.
Refreshments & Hospitality
-
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.

Arrange and manage refreshments during meetings, trainings, and office events.
Administrative Support
-
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents as required.

Handle outdoor tasks such as bank work, courier, and purchasing office supplies.

Support staff in shifting office materials or setting up for meetings.
Other Duties
-
Ensure pantry, stationery, and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked.

Provide support in minor errands and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
