Key Responsibilities:
Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound):
-
Handle incoming calls from customers in Hindi and assist them with their queries, complaints, or requests.
-
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, verification, feedback, or promotional campaigns.
-
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, payments, or account details.
-
Provide accurate and complete information to customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely resolution.
Non-Voice Process:
-
Respond to customer queries through chat, email, or social media platforms in Hindi (or Hindi typed in English script).

Process customer requests such as data entry, form filling, account updates, complaints logging, etc.
-
Ensure prompt and professional written communication while maintaining clarity and tone.
-
Update records, maintain accurate logs, and follow up on pending customer requests.
-
Work with internal teams to ensure service requests are completed on time.
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum education: Graduate.
-
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written); basic understanding of English is an advantage.

Good typing speed and accuracy (especially for non-voice roles).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, typing, etc.).

Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/call center/customer service experience is a plus.
Key Skills and Attributes:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

Clear and polite written communication in Hindi (typed in Hindi or Roman script as needed).

Patience and empathy while handling customer issues.
-
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
-
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good problem-solving skills and presence of mind.
