Job Description
Making calls to potential Merchants
· Getting Merchants to register on our website
· Searching for contact details of Merchants on internet
· Maintaining a database of Merchants called each day and reporting back to management
· Proactive follow up with Merchants to register and publish a deal on our website
· Gaining the understanding about New Zealand as a country (Knowing the time difference, Weather and main cities etc.)
· Clearly communicating with the Merchants about our company and the products.
· Shifts: Working in the shift timings on 02:30am-11am
· Use own desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
Demonstrating end to end ownership of every interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to Merchants.
