Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared sales script.

Explain products or services in clear, accurate, and convincing Hindi.

Generate interest and create awareness about the offerings.

Identify prospective buyers and gather relevant customer data.
2. Sales Conversion
-
Engage customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

Persuade and convince customers to purchase products or services.
-
Handle objections tactfully and overcome resistance during calls.

Close sales and meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Answer customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp if required.

Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service during interactions.
4. Documentation and Reporting
-
Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.

Update CRM software or call sheets with details of each interaction.
-
Report call status, sales achievements, and any customer feedback to supervisors.
-
Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department.
5. Teamwork and Compliance
-
Work closely with team leaders, supervisors, and trainers to improve performance.

Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.

Adhere to company policies, call handling protocols, and compliance guidelines.
