Job Description

We are looking for energetic airport ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are traveling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations, and selling tickets. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.

Qualification: Any Graduation
Freshers and experienced can apply
Age below 34

Key Responsibilities

1. Passenger Assistance

Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Provide flight information, ticketing support, and seat allocations.
Help passengers with special needs, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors.

2. Security & Safety Procedures

Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and safety protocols.
Guide passengers through security checks and boarding gates.
Coordinate with airport security teams for smooth operations.

3. Baggage Handling & Logistics

Supervise luggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft.
Assist in lost & found services and baggage claims.
Ensure baggage follows airline safety weight and handling regulations.

4. Airport Operations & Customer Service

Manage boarding procedures, gate announcements, and flight updates.
Handle passenger complaints, queries, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with airline staff, cabin crew, and ground handling teams.

5. Documentation & Administrative Tasks

Process boarding passes, visas, travel documents, and flight tickets.
Maintain daily reports and operational logs for airline records.
Work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per airport schedules.
