Job Description

We are searching for a lively, highly organized bus driver to ensure the safe transport of our passengers. To this end, the bus driver will be required to determine the collection and drop-off points for each trip, and adhere to the vehicle's passenger limit.

Qualification: 10th /12th
Age below 34
Freshers and Experienced can apply
Salary :15000- 18000

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Passenger Safety

Operate a bus safely on designated routes while following traffic laws.
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and adherence to capacity limits.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for maintenance.

Route & Time Management

Follow assigned schedules and maintain on-time performance.
Adjust driving based on traffic, weather, and road conditions.
Report delays, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately.

Customer Service & Compliance

Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage handling.
Handle fare collection (if applicable) and answer passenger inquiries.
Adhere to company policies, DOT regulations, and local transport laws.
