Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads and build rapport with potential clients to convert them into customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial stages of business engagement.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Work with senior management to develop business development strategies and action plans.

Present company offerings, negotiate deals, and close contracts with prospective clients.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively pitch solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns, events, and materials.

Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors’ activities.

Conduct market research to understand client pain points and refine the company’s offerings.

Use data and insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and leads.

Provide regular updates on sales performance, opportunities, and progress towards targets.

Prepare and present sales reports to management and team members.
