Job Description
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executive is responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

- Age below 30

- Salary :15000 to 20000
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.

Generate leads via cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.

Set up meetings and present company services/products to clients.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
-
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
-
Research competitors and provide insights to improve sales strategies.

Recommend innovative marketing and sales tactics.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
-
Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve customer offerings.

Maintain records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
