Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, driven civil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits, and attending council meetings.
· Qualification Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
· Both freshers and Experienced can apply
· Age below 34
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Design
- Develop and review structural and architectural designs using software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess project requirements, materials, and costs.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors to finalize designs.
Construction & Site Supervision
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Inspect materials, work quality, and safety protocols at construction sites.
- Address any design, execution, or safety issues that arise during construction.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to government regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and construction work.
- Identify and resolve construction defects and structural risks.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare and analyze BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
- Optimize resources and materials to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure proper allocation of labor, machinery, and materials to minimize waste.
Project Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and site reports.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Coordinate with government authorities for permits and approvals.
