Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Project Execution

Monitor construction sites to ensure work is progressing as per the design and timeline.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and labor teams.

Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
2. Structural & Design Analysis

Assist in structural calculations, design modifications, and blueprint reviews.

Work with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software for planning and modeling.

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project costs.
3. Material & Resource Management

Select construction materials based on quality and cost-effectiveness.

Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control.

Ensure proper use of resources to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
4. Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct site inspections and material testing for quality assurance.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
5. Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to align project goals.

Prepare and present progress reports and budget estimates.

Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
