Job Description
We are a fast-growing company delivering pure, unprocessed milk and handmade ghee to homes across Coimbatore. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM and Analytics Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM System Management
-
Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.).

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across customer records.

Maintain and update customer profiles, preferences, and contact history.

Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT or vendors to troubleshoot technical issues or perform upgrades.
2. Customer Segmentation and Targeting

Create and maintain detailed customer segmentation models based on demographics, behavior, transaction history, and engagement metrics.

Identify high-value customer segments and develop personalized engagement strategies.

Work with the marketing and sales teams to tailor campaigns to specific customer segments for improved results.
3. CRM Campaign Execution

Design, develop, and execute CRM campaigns through email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

Manage campaign calendars and timelines in coordination with marketing and sales functions.

Test and refine communication flows to enhance engagement, response rates, and conversions.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to messaging, timing, and channel selection.
4. Data Analytics and Reporting

Analyze customer behavior, campaign results, and CRM usage to uncover insights and trends.

Generate regular and ad hoc reports on KPIs such as customer lifetime value, churn rate, acquisition cost, retention rate, and engagement.

Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Support business units by delivering dashboards and visualization tools (using Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
5. Customer Journey Mapping and Optimization

Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to map the end-to-end customer journey.

Identify friction points and opportunities to improve customer experiences.

Recommend automation and workflow enhancements for lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns.

Monitor and refine customer lifecycle strategies to enhance loyalty and reduce churn.
6. Marketing Automation and Integration

Use marketing automation tools integrated with the CRM to schedule and execute multichannel campaigns.

Develop and maintain automated workflows based on triggers such as sign-ups, purchases, or inactivity.

Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other platforms (e.g., websites, e-commerce systems, support platforms).

Manage integrations with third-party tools to enrich data and improve campaign targeting.
7. Data Governance and Compliance

Ensure CRM data practices comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Implement consent management and subscription preferences effectively.

Maintain audit trails and document CRM-related policies and procedures.

Educate internal teams on proper CRM usage and data handling.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, customer service, and product development teams.

Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure CRM and analytics support organizational goals.

Support training efforts and provide user guidance on CRM best practices.
